The Arsonist – an 80-seat casual fine dining venue on Manly’s esplanade – is the hottest new offering from The Consortium Queensland. The Arsonist offers a lunch, dinner and feasting menu, with a focus on “respecting honest, real food with provenance”. Group Executive Chef, Mathew Fulford, has harnessed his passion and artistry honed across 20 years’ experience in the industry, including some of Australia’s finest restaurants.
