About
The Manly Hotel has been a family owned business for more than 45 years. Built in 1954, the McDonald family took on the license in 1970 & three McDonald siblings, Jenny, Doug & Sandy continue to run the Hotel today. In this time, the Hotel has undergone many refurbishments to the premise including the incorporation of our Thirsty Camel bottleshops, improvements to areas such as the Clipper Gaming Lounge & Sails Bistro & most recently, the refurbishment of the HB Bar – Brisbane Bayside’s newest craft beer & only premium wine on tap venue. The Manly Hotel is an active member of Queensland Hotels Association & has been recognised with awards in various areas of the hotel over the years. This includes Publican Sandy McDonald being awarded the Queensland Hotels Association 2013 Hotelier of the Year & acknowledged as a Life Member in 2016.Last print ad
