Diana Keeffe is a Redland City-based Building Designer who owns and operates her own business, Redplan (formerly Redlands Plan Service). With over 30 years experience, she is an expert at creating designs with both style and substance. Diana is a chartered member of the Building Designers Association and holds the highest level of licence from the Building Services Authority (QBSA License No. 6571 1). With such a wealth of design experience, Diana is focused on providing her clients with personalised residential designs that are based on adaptable and sustainable housing principles. The Queensland Government's Department of Housing has identified a number of drivers for sustainable housing: (a) the growing and ageing population, (b) technological changes, (c) changing family structures, (d) increased environmental awareness, and (e) a more discerning market. In order to respond to this market, Diana creates designs that address social, economic, and environmental sustainability factors. This results in safe and secure universal designs that are cost- and resource-efficient.
