Redland CITY COUNCIL Public Notice Adoption of general administrative and minor amendment package to the Redland City Plan 2018 18 November 2020 Notice is given under the Planning Act 2016 and Ministers Guidelines and Rules 2017 that on 4 November 2020, Redland City Council resolved to adopt a package of administrative and minor amendments to the Redland City Plan 2018. The Amendment Package (01/20) will result in changes to the Redland City Plan 2018 as follows: o Yalingbila Bibula Whale Interpretive Centre; a Minjerribah Cemetery: and a Minjerribah Quandamooka Arts, Museum and Performance Institute Correct an error in the Bushfire hazard where there is inconsistency between mapping: overlay code; Replace an outdated reference to planning legislation; Amend PSP6 Environmental Emissions to reflect a State Government department name change and remove an erroneous word: Include an editor's note referring to odour criteria within the relevant zone codes; (the QUAMPI): Amend the certification block for as Replace references to outdated environmental legislation within relevant codes: Remove the 'draft" stamp on the Strategic Framework map: constructed works in PSP2 Infrastructure Works: Amend the table of contents to fix an · Amend the contents page of PSP2 Infrastructure Works to correct numbering Incorporate a reference to the State Planning Policy in the Airport environs overlay code: omission; Make various minor amendments to the wording of the Environmental significance overlay code: Make various minor amendments to the wording of the Waterway corridors and wetlands overlay code: sequence errors: Correct references to planning scheme policies in section 1.2; Amend the data capture guidelines in PSP2 Infrastructure Works to identify mandatory information that is to be provided to Council; Correct an error in the industry thresholds table: Update the zone maps to remove the zoning from the road reserve in Patersonia Place, Birkdale; Include a new editor's note in Schedule 5 to indicate that where Council has received a notice from the Minister for the designation of premises for development infrastructure, Council is required by the Planning Act 2016 to include a note about the designation in its planning scheme. In accordance with this requirement, the designation of premises for development of infrastructure table in Schedule 5 will be updated to include the following Ministerial (State Government) designations for development infrastructure: Amend the Rural zone table of assessment to clarify the existing provisions for accepted development; Update the zone maps to remove the zoning from the road reserve in Susan Street, Fix a planning scheme drafting error relating to the existing site cover provisions for the LDR1 precinct; Capalaba: Update the zone and overlay maps to reflect the changes approved in the minor amendment package 01/2016 for the superseded Redlands Planning Scheme; and Update precinct images in relevant zone codes; Identify the source of data in certain overlays and highlight the relevant provisions of the Planning Act 2016 which are applicable Update the zone and overlay maps to reflect current development approvals. The amendment package will take effect as part of Redland City Plan 2018 (Version 5) on 18 November 2020.
